4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform

5. Intellectual Property

The Platform's interface, design, walkthrough annotations, AI tutor system, and original educational content are owned by StackDive and protected by intellectual property laws. Open source code displayed on the Platform remains subject to its original license terms.

Walkthrough annotations, guided tours, and educational content created by StackDive or its community contributors are licensed separately from the underlying open source code they reference.

6. Open Source Content

The Platform displays code from open source repositories. This code is subject to its respective open source licenses (MIT, Apache 2.0, GPL, etc.). StackDive does not claim ownership of open source code. Our walkthroughs and annotations are educational commentary on publicly available code.

7. AI Tutor Disclaimer

The AI tutor provides automated explanations and code analysis. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated responses may contain errors or inaccuracies. The AI tutor should be used as a learning aid, not as a definitive source of truth. Always verify critical information against official documentation.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
